I am rejecting this response because: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me. Even if there is something wrong my hood I feel like it was still [redacted]'s responsibility to make sure the hood was closed. As I stated when I arrived I had to open the hood which means the hood closed just fine. Once he finished the inspection he should have told me to make sure the hood was closed since he was so apprehensive about closing it.

open it for you because it has a broken latch and when she open it I did look for what was supposed to be inspect it the brake fluid - power steering fluid levels, and serpentine belt - so I said to Mrs. [redacted] that's all I need to inspect and then she and I walk away from her vehicle at the same time. And I told her you can have a seat inside the office and she did.So I think that if she had her tricky way to open the hood she had her own tricky way to close it as well so 1 did not want to be liable for any damages. She already had an existing problem with this hood so she should fix it on the first place I am not going to be responsible for her mistakes.The next morning she should inspected her car before start driving to work knowing that she had an existing problem with her hood.If you have any questions or concerns, please call me at my cell number [redacted] or at my office [redacted].Sincerely,[redacted]
