Get everything in writing
I don't want to give a long winded story here, but if use this company, get 100% in writing before giving them any money. Any verbal agreements are useless. I lost my entire Hold deposit as was told one thing in person and once I got the agreement (had to push for it) was different. With those terms could not rent and back to looking to rent a property. If you have to use this company, get it in writing and in detail and read through, or could be like me and end up with losing a couple thousand dollars with no recourse as were only verbal discussions.

On April 27, the potential Buyers presented a Purchase Agreement to the Sellers, which was rejected and a Counteroffer accepted by both parties, as indicated by the attached pages of the documents? ? However, the original signed Counteroffer was not presented to Buyers’ Broker, MsD [redacted] , although it was stated signatures had been completed in text messages between Sellers’ Broker/Co-Seller and MsD [redacted] The Sellers must have been dissatisfied with their own counteroffer, because they then prepared a new Purchase Agreement on May 5, requesting MsD [redacted] present it to the Buyers.? Purchase agreements are normally created by the Buyer and given to the Seller, so this created a need for MsD [redacted] to request all of her original signed documents back under the premise that they would be destroyed.? Forgery and libelous statements did not occur by anyone at Mariposa Realty of Taos in this transactionThis transaction was done in a timely professional manner by the Buyers’ Broker, and any delays which may have occurred were not the result of Mariposa Realty of Taos.? I am rejecting this response because:This is my rebuttal I'm not satisfied with the answer that Mariposa gave due to the fact that it comes down to the word of the buyer's broker where she said she would destroy the documents 2) we didn't make a new purchase agreement we made a counter offer 3)the time passed when she went into the sellers broker and presented the "original" offer that I never finished signing an then my signature appeared on it 4) then she threatens liable when all I wanted is an explanation 5) her and her broker has bullied my agent and me I would like out of the contract but that is not going to happen so I truly would like an apology from her and / or her to admit or explain realistically why she went back on her word and how my signatures got on the document It is just unfortunate in today's world with all that is going on that you can not trust anyone these days even in a small town It is also unfortunate that the cheaters win when honest hard working people like us get the shaft Thank you
