I am rejecting this response because:
      Items have since
been returned and I have had no response from seller, Mariposa Treasures.
    The only seller's response  I see here is her response from 8/18/19.   I am confused as I already sent a
response to her 8/18/14 letter, but do not find that anywhere.  In my response I outlined several points of disagreement
about the accuracy of information in her response.  If necessary, I will re-reply to her response
of 8/18/14.  Please let me know if that is necessary.

Review: The complaint letter doesnt fit in the space, so it is only partly here. I would like the entire complaint (uploaded later in this doc) which includes documentation, to be included. 5/14/14 I ordered [redacted] Premium Grade T-160 VHS Videotapes 10-Pack ($27.46 + S&H: $7.49 shipping = $ 34.95) through Mariposa Treasures via [redacted].com, order number: [redacted]. Est. delivery: 5/22-6/9/14. I received [redacted] Premium Grade T-60 VHS Videotapes 10-Pack, a different item than I purchased. Around 6/6/14 the box arrived. I was busy and did not open it until 6/21/14 when I needed a tape. I only opened the box enough to see they weren't the right item (all still in sealed cello-phane and in the original undamaged box/inner box). When I realized the mistake I emailed [redacted] and attempted to file a claim. I am now being told that the seller, Mariposa Treasures via [redacted].com, will not return the item at all and [redacted].com has denied me the guarantee they have plastered all over their website (including on the order page) because it had been more than 14 days since I received them. (It was 16 days when I first emailed [redacted].com about the problem).The seller has even been rude in his/her correspondence. All I want is what I ordered and to have the sellers, who shipped the wrong merchandise to me, pay for return shipping. It was, after all, their mistake.
