On Nov20th of my company contracted with Marist Inc to design an post card campaign for real estateIt took Marist Inc until Jan 3rd to deliver the first draftAfter waiting months we were extremely disappointed as it didn't even come close as to what our design meeting and conversations discussedAfter waiting another month (Feb 12th) and not hearing back we sent an email cancelling our service and asking for a full refund of the $Marist Inc seemed to busy, non-responsive and we felt they were not the right company to design our needsThey had produced one draft of a card that was not even related to what we had asked forMarist, owner of Marist Inc refused to refund our moneyShe stands behind a policy that says we have to agree to revisions when we both agree we are not a good fitShe sent an email that stated she would refund out money if we waited until June 4th and then she decided that she doesn't want toShe does not accept feedback from the way she
