Revdex.com:The listing has been removed and as that was my primary goal this matter is resolvedHowever the response by the business is not accurate in that, if they truthfully have no records of my emails to them it is because their email functionality on their website doesn't workWhich in turn means that others like myself who are unhappy about their personal information being listed without permission have one less means to reach the businessthey say I am not a customer so their privacy policy doesn't apply however they are using my personal information as a means to generate revenues through publishing (again, without permission) I haven't checked the USCG (United States Coast Guard) yet but it's possible the information they provide to businesses is meant for in-house use only and not to be published (again I haven't checked that yet) And finally, I DON"T EVEN OWN THIS BOATFirst and foremost my concern is that this company is placing boat owners at risk for criminal activity, personal identity theft and other potentially harmful acts.In closing, yes they removed my information finally, thank you Revdex.com for that but it took a complaint to you to get them to do it as their own means to contact the business do not work
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved

Review: Maritime Activity Reports DBA [redacted] have without my foreknowledge nor consent published my personal information including but not limited to name, adress, phone number etc and made claims as to property that I do not own on their website, [redacted].I have attempted to contact Maritime Activity Reports twice via email and request that this information be removed from the URL above and received no response and as you can see the information is still public. Any rights to privacy notwithstanding according to [redacted] they "... only allow release of customer information when we believe said release is necessary in order to comply with the law, enforce site policies, or protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers and company employees."Obviously this is false as they are sharing personal data in complete violation of their own stated privacy policy. If this is a legitimate company I would be shocked. In conclusion if you are successful at making contact with anyone at this address please do what you can to have my and all others' personal information removed asap. Thank you,[redacted]Desired Settlement: As stated above, I want my personal information purged from their website permanently.
