When it was time to have our roof redone we contacted companies to provide quotes One company only provided the cost in an email and voicemail without breaking out what the cost was made up of Matt from Raptor took the time to provide a detailed quote with available options After we reviewed he stopped by to go over the quote so we could determine what we wanted After determining the features we wanted Matt helped select the shingle type and style, he provided several addresses for homes that he did in the past with the colour choices we were considering, this would allow us to have a finished home to look at to determine the best for our needs They arrived on the day they said they would and completed it the next day, they were very thorough doing the job including cleaning up after they were done, no nails or garbage left behind The final price was the quoted price and they had to fix a soft spot in the roof at no extra charge We have recommended Raptor to a couple friends and they have both had the same positive experience that we had with dealing with Raptor

No waiting around for these guys... the job was booked and completed before I had the chance to blink.
