Customer called stating his toilet was backing up in his bath tub We sent plumbers to Mr ***’s house on his initial call since his home has no basement and the sewer needs to be augered thru the roof While working on Mr ***s sewer the plumbers brought out a clump of roots Had the line opened and left This visit incurred charges totaling $Mr [redacted] called again and stated the same thing was happening When we receive a second call within a few days this normally means the sewer is broken which means it needs to be dug up and repaired or additional roots have shifted down the drain line and it needs to be cleared again At this point we sent our high pressure jetter down the line help with any additional roots The plumbers had the line opened and left The charge incurred for that service was $According to our records on 12/6/we spoke with Mr [redacted] and said we could try jetting it again but more than likely his he will get the same results He was then given an estimate to replace his sewer line from the house to the street Customer stated he would call back when he figured out what he was going to do On 12/13/customer called and said he would pay ½ the amount due and when we told him he would be responsible for the balance he said he would never use us again and hung up on us

I corresponded with the customer via email on 9/23/16. Her last email concluded that she will be sending in payment. As of 10/6/we have not rec'd payment
