I had been a client for a number of years ith no real complaints. I just renewed my contract. My wife had a problem wth our refridgerator. They told us the part was unavaibale and we should get a new one. We did. After reading the contract, they should have replaced the box. Then 1 of our 2 aac units stopped. They said we need a new one. Again, no offer to replace. Then again with the other unit. They wanted $525 to clean the coil. but wanted us to replace the unit. I called in a second service company. He got the original unit working in 10 minuets by replacing a capcitor. That is the most common problem and easily repaired. I called the owner [redacted] I explained the issue. He screamed in the phone "DIE" and hung up. I filed for a refund. They deducted 1/12 (which was fair) then charged me for 6 visits - There were only 4 and parts which were never installed. I have filed with the Credit card company and will try small claims for the cost of the refriderator. BAD PEOPLE
