I have never spoken to this person or had any contact whatsoever. Mark III International is a small business with three employees. I have verified with the other employees if they have a had contact with this person and they claim that they did not Please adjust your records to show that Mark III International is not involved with this. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I have called Mark III several times and spoke to someone named Alan who then told me to call Savario who handles your [redacted] account. The number I as given after calling the number on your website was ###-###-####. In writing this response I just received another call from [redacted] regarding a package your company was shipping. I have several voicemail's from [redacted] with tracking numbers stating Mark III is in fact shipping packages. My request is simply to correct your shipping information and remove my personal cell number. It has become extremely annoying at this point and this why I have come to the extreme of filing a complaint because now its going on a couple months of continuous calls.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], there seems the resolution I want is not going to be done due to negligence. I have attached a list of several voicemail's received from [redacted] for this company. Hopefully someone can fix the problem but I will be fixing my issue by changing my personal cell phone number.
