I am seriously disappointed in the way business was conducted. It does not take a rocket scientist to see that where there are carseats there tend to usually be children. I may not be perfect but as soon as I get money in my pocket the vehicle payment is the FIRST thing I pay. IT may not ALWAYS be on time, but iF I don't pay during my grace period I pay that late fee. I am never more than 2 weeks behind. But I'm only officially one payment behind today, insurance was on the vehicle, I gave them the policynumber over the phone on Friday. I made arrangements to pay the 1st and 15th payments on the 15th of the month because we won't be getting paid again until then. I had to walk a mile in the dark with two kids and two bags of groceries. The kids being ages 1 and 3. Now , because they are CLOSED on sundays and leave no repossession contact , I have to wait until monday to even do anything. My insurance did get canceled and it was unknown to me until they notified me that it was. I corrected it as soon as I got paid on 11-30. I made a payment on the car that day as well, told them about the insurance situation. We had gotten a different bank card, and forgot to update the credit card, so when our auto-payment came up it got declined and ran out over 2 weeks later, There was no notification sent to us . I was told that Wendsday that they would take the car if the insurance wasn't fixed in a timely manner. It was resolved friday and informed them if they need to check it that the policy number is still the same. I admit, we looked around for a couple days for a cheaper rate. However local agencies did not call us back until after we renewed with our old company . I am afraid that I won't be able to make rent because they want to charge a 200.00 fee for repossession. Payment wise they do not repo by contract unless you are 3 payments behind and NO ARRANGEMENTS WERE MADE. They had an opportunity to tell me that they were going to take it Friday when I paid them by phone but they did not.
