Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[Here is my point regarding the office’s replyI totally understand that it is patience’s responsibility to pay for any difference that the insurance cannot
cover That is why I wanted to make sure that my insurance was in-network with DrKretz's office and
asked the office this question so many times before my very first visit DrKretz's office told me that
they checked for me and that my insurance was in-network with them THREE times on three different
days If my insurance was in-network, I only had to pay 20% of the total treatment as stated on the
estimation (which I uploaded to my first complain) However, if not, I had to pay more than 60% which I
cannot afford at all
However, after I went to my second visit and got done the expensive treatment on that day, I paid $80
more than the estimation because my insurance was NOT in-network with the office so that my x-ray
from the first visit was not covered! Besides this, I would get another huge bill for the treatment I just
got done that day in mailBefore my second visit, the office KNEW that my insurance was NOT in-network with them already
because they got the bill from the insurance company stating my x-ray was not covered Thus, they
charged me $more on the day of my second visit after my treatment Instead of informing me that
my insurance was NOT in-network with them, they kept this information totally away from me and had
me get the expensive treatment done This is totally intentional and their business practice was totally
deceptive
If I was told that there might be some problem with my insurance or my insurance was not in-network
with them before my second visit, I would have not gone to it Therefore, there would not have been
this $from the second visit I am very mad about the way the office does the business and the
generation of this $is not my responsibility
I cannot afford to pay for this $545.60, whose existence is not my responsibilityI am fine to sign the form to release the estimation and bill to Revdex.com

Review: Before I went to my first dental check up on March 25th, 2015 to Dr. Kretz's dental office, I asked the office explicitly THREE times (on March 20th 2015, March 24th 2015, and on the day of the check up) about whether my insurance is in-network with them. I got "yes" three times from the office since they said they checked with my insurance already. On my second dental appointment on April 17th, 2015, I paid $80 more than the estimation I got on my first visit, which was $245.80. I was told it was because my insurance was NOT in-network with the office so that the x-ray was not covered. Instead of paying $245.80 for deep cleaning and two filings done on 2nd visit, I had to pay $545.80 more plus the extra $80 I paid on April 17th, 2015.I was very mad and deeply felt cheated by the office because the office told me my insurance was in-network with them three times and ended up it was not. I felt even worse that they KNEW my insurance was NOT in-network with the office on the day of my second visit. Instead of informing me this information, they kept it secretly till I had all operations done that day, which incurred the huge bill for me. The fact that I had to pay $80 more that day was the best evidence.I can not afford this extra $545.80. Nobody wants to have deep cleaning and filing done by an out-of-network provider. I am writing to ask Revdex.com to help me deal with the bad situation I have now. Dr. Kretz's dental office kept hiding the information that my insurance was out-of-network from me and had me finish my second appointment. This is totally intentional! If I was told there would be some issues with my insurance before the 2nd visit, I would not have gone to it and there would not have been this $545.80, which I cannot afford and should not pay. Their business practice is misleading and deceptive.I should not be responsible for the constant mistakes made by Dr. Kretz's office. I hereby request to get my $80 refund and clear the $545.80 under my name.Thank you very much!Desired Settlement: Please refund me the $80 I paid and clear $545.80 under my name.
