Review: Dr Worfords office has been billing me every year for the last few years in error for $307.35. The bill never has an explanation of any charges or services rendered, just the admonition for me to pay. I have contacted his office a couple of times in an attempt to get the issue resolved, only to be verbally abused by the woman who takes my call. I used his office a couple of times years ago, but I do not have any outstanding financial obligations with them. Whoever the woman is who took my call did acknowledge that I should disregard the bill when I last spoke to her about a year ago, but nonetheless, their office keeps billing me. I just received another one dated 9/12/2014 so there hasn't been any attempt by his office to stop the billing.Desired Settlement: To stop this office from billing me for services that have not been rendered to me.
