I had a tire blow out while on the road to start a family vacationWhen the front, drivers side tire blew, it took out some electrical connections and caused my engine light to stay onAfter noticing some different behavior coming from the engine (hesitations and eventually full on stall), I "fixed" what I could so we could continue When we arrived in Florida, I checked some reviews online and gave Mark Adam's Repair Shop a callHe was honest and said he couldn't get me in the day I called and that he didn't work on dieselsI said I was really hoping he could just read the OBD codes and give me his advice on whether or not I could make the trip home safely or notMark then told me to come in and he'd take a lookWhen I got there he was slammed, but he retrieved the OBD code from my truck, printed out the explanation, and gave me his opinionHe thought we'd make it back and sure enough we did Knowing I'd made the right choice was cemented while I was there because of a local guy who showed up in his truck and as we spoke about why each of us was there, he said Mark is the only guy he takes his truck to, and that he hasn't found a more honest repair shop in Panama City since he's lived in the area for the past yearsI don't think Mark has any problems staying in business and wish more repair shops operated with the level of honesty that he showsAlthough I hope I don't have any more car troubles while on vacation, if I'm back in Panama City, I'll know where to go
