I cannot, repeat, cannot, recommend this company too highly. From the wonderful customer service to the diligence to solve our issue, despite not installing our hot water tank originally. Repeated visits, perseverence by all the techs and finally installing a new tank with only an installation fee.....all greatly appreciated.....they plan to get the manufacturer to "eat the cost" of a new tank" since this one was only a few years old. Now they've now gone and we have a not- charged- for -tank and possibly they won't get reimbursed?? Who else would do this for a new customer???. Still, again...Ainsley did NOT install the defective tank BUT were willing to resolve the issue for me. 10 stars to Ainsley if that is possible!!!!

Review: We contacted the company because our air conditioner had stopped working. We arranged with the company to have someone come out and tell us what was wrong. To do this they charged us [redacted]. The repairman told us that all of the Freon had leaked out of our system and told us our options-to fill Freon back up, locate leak and repair it and fill it back up, or get a new system. After pricing new systems with several companies we decided that we would repair it. We then contacted them back and arranged for someone to come back. They sent the same guy, who then after looking over the system more completely tells us that we would have to replace the coils in our system. He then tells us that it would cost almost as much to do this as it would to just buy a new system. when we declined they charged us another [redacted] He should have done his job the first time he came out- we would have never bothered to have them come back out if he had told us that in the first place.Desired Settlement: Would like the [redacted] back because if the service man had done his job the first time he came out- instead of rushing we would not have paid to have them come back out

Dear [redacted]

I wanted to take the opportunity to respond to your complaint to the Revdex.com concerning our company. I would like for you to know that we desire to offer great customer service to all of our customers. After reviewing your records and discussing with our service technician [redacted] about your air conditioner I realized that there may have been a lack of communication. The initial service call on 6/17/2014 was scheduled for [redacted] to diagnose why only lukewarm air was coming out of the registers. His diagnosis found that your air conditioner was completely empty from all refrigerant and there was a leak. This initial call was to inform you that there was a leak with your air conditioner but it does not cover us finding the leak and repairing it. The fee for this call was [redacted] because we diagnosed the problem and you declined the repair. There is a separate charge for our technician to find and fix the leak and under our straightforward pricing guide it is considered a level 4 repair and costs [redacted]

Please find enclosed the [redacted] check for the additional time of an hour and a half that [redacted] spent to locate the leak by using many different leak methods. Ainsley Heating strives to offer excellent customer service to all of our customers and we hope we have the pleasure of doing business with you in the future.

Sincerely

Office Manager

Sunday (Aug.16) my air conditioning went out (temp. in the mid 80's) I called their service number. The answering service told me she would page them, they called back within minutes. I told the dispatcher my problem, was told I would be put on list. The service tech called me a half hour later, he had been given the wrong address but after giving the correct address he told me he would be there in 25 minutes. He arrived on time and fixed the problem in very little time. After checking the age of my unit he told me it was covered under the warranty.
