Mark Ainsley Heating & Cooling

May 28 I had a new heating system installed. I paid $21, 743. I went to see the two men and they just finished removing the duct work that a heat exchange was in, furnace still in place. I told the younger man I wanted the heat exchange saved, it was leaning against a wall. I did not say furnace, as I spoke I pointed to the heat exchange and stated PART. The two men were at the house 12 hrs. I found out latter that they pushed the old furnace to a far corner in front of a door to another room. I was told that the old furnace would be removed. A Jordan Dickey has made several arrrangements and stated he would come to take the old furnace. This past Friday he stated he would be down late afternoon or evening, never ccalled or showed. Askd if I had a dolly which I called him back stating I found the dolly back behind a box already in the furnace room. Never heard from him. He has played me five times stating he was coming down and not showing. Also someone went into the phone box next to the circuit breaker box, opened the door and just let the wires hang. Explaining why I have had bad phone service, now today no phone service. I am going to be 81 with health issues and I do not need this stress. My last message to Mr. Dickey was I am no longer a nice old woman but now a bhy one.. Mr. Dickey is a representative of Mark Ainsley who now I cannot have trust in. Rosemary Robbins-Phelps
