Review: on june 4th 2014 my vehicle broke down on [redacted] in front on mark and dot repair shop I asked for a jump but vehicle would still not start. mark advised the car sounded funny and suggested I leave the vehicle which I did. he called me on the 5th and told me I needed a new engine. I advised him to make the necessary repair and was told he needed a 1500.00 deposit. I gave him the deposit on the 5th and was told the engine would be there in 3-4 days.after I week I went to check the status of the vehicle. he told me the engine he got was no good and he was ordering another one. I waited another week and was told the new engine was still not there. I continued to check the status of my vehicle and was given numerous excuses. I waited 9 weeks for my vehicle at which point I had mark take my car to another repair shop. My deposit still has not been returned to me. I have tried to get my 1500.00 refund to no avail. please help thank youDesired Settlement: full refund of my 1500.00 deposit
