Obviously he does not understand the value of someone's time or what A signed proposal means.  I recommend we go to the next step so we can both be heard. At that time I will proseed to small claims court for the balance that he owes me.

want to take to next level of complain  First of all they were recommended by contractors eho supposed to work we didn't gind them and as contractor made gim self available we approach Mark office.   Secondly we never refused  to visit their office in fact they cancelled appointment at last moment and I  may have proof somewhere about that correspondence.   Finally we do not have final drawing and total fees was.coverd for permit fees with town.   Bottom line he met with us once for an hour and my question is does that 800 dollars worth? Please.guide me to next step how I can get money back.
