This company is a BIG SCAM JOB I originally contacted Elite Asphalt Inc.(Phone Number [redacted] )on their website inquiring estimate to have our driveway resealed around Mid May and they gave my phone number to a [redacted] to contact meHe did on May from a phone number [redacted] and said he had a crew in my area and they could meet at my home to look atSo I met [redacted] (Phone # [redacted] ) at my home and he quoted me $to reseal and that he could do it that dayI said okay and asked if they took credit cards as the Flyer I received in the mail from Elite Asphalt IncstatedHe said yes but I would need to pay some of it on credit card and some either personal check or cash so they could go but the materials to to seal drivewayHe stated I would be given a year warranty and it would be an Oil Based sealer so I would not have any problemsSo I gave him a $personal check and he said make it out to [redacted] and then he used a Square Compa

I contracted with *** *** *** from Pave and Save to do asphalt work I paid him a down payment on the work He never started the work and will not refund my money In researching him, I find he has defrauded people in other states
