started repairs on the vehicle. Keep in mind the engine would be replaced with a used engine. After istalling the engine I found out the torque converter needs to be replaced. I told the customer and she agreed to do the repair. The torque converter is a special order item so it has to be ordered. The torque converter did not arrive the day I was told. it came in a few days later. I informed the customer of what was going on. After recieving the rebuilt torque converter I installed the engine and found out the engine was not good. I had to have another engine delivered and that, took a while to recieve the second engine: I informed the customer what was happening. The part store did not deliver the parts when promised. All parts were delayed especially the torque converter which took 3 weeks to come in. I hope this can clarify what happened. Also the repairs have been completed and customer has not come to pick up the vehicle.Regards,Mark Auto Service

Review: On August 1, 2014 my 2009 [redacted] engine blew while on a trip to Virgina. I had [redacted] tow my car to Marks Auto, Mr. Mark quoted me $2,000.00 he also informed me that he would start the repairs after he received the first $1,000.00 I then retured back to [redacted] PA. On August 3, 2014 I allowed Mr. Mark to run my bank card for $500.00, on August 15, 2014 and August 29, 2014 I again allowed him to run my bank card for $500.00 both times. My last payment was made on September 10, 2014 Mark informed me that the I would be able to come back and pick my car up on September 13, 2014, on September 15, 2014 I called the shop to inform mark that I would be there to pick the car up on September 16, 2014 he then told me that he had been trying to call me to inform me that the Tourque Convertor on the vehicle needed to be replace and that would be and extra $350.00. On September 18, 2014 Mark received $200.00 towards the Tourque Convertor then on September 20, 2014 I allowed Mark to run my Credit Card for the reminding $150.00. Mark again informed me that I would be able to come and pick the car up on September 24, 2014 on the day before I call him to let him know that I would be there on September 24, 2014 he told me that the part had not came in and he would receive it by September 27, 2014 and I would be able to pick the car up on September 30, 2014. On September 29, 2014 I called him to inform him that I would be there to pick up the car he again told me he still did not have the part and I need to wait until October 3, 2014. On this day I had a machenic call him and attempt to get the serial numbers and the letter that come off the Tourque Convertor in order for us to purchase the part here in [redacted] PA and bring it to him. Mark hung up on the machenic three times stating that he did not have that information because he had sent the piece out of state in order to get the new one and he would be receiveing the part on October 7, 2014 and I would be able to pick the car up on October 10, 2014 now this day has came and gone I again made a call to Mark on October 9, 2014 letting him now that I would be there on October 10,2014 to pick the car up he now tells me that he place a bad engine in the car and he had to pull it out and wait for a new one to come and he would try to have it fixed by October 13 or 14, 2014.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome would be to get my car fixed and bring it back to [redacted], PA
