my neighbour (whose unit is 20 feet from mine) had Glenmar install exactly same heat pumps. My first problem was when I programmed the unit for the winter, and in the spring it wouldn't turn off. Glen blamed me, saying I wasn't supposed to program it. Then last winter it froze up and after sending him photos he finally sent someone to fix. However every time I have dealt with him he has been [redacted]. Now the AC won't go below 18 degrees so I wrote to him, and he tells me through email there is nothing wrong and I should shovel my unit in the winter.....even though my neighbour gets exactly the same snow and no problems. I called [redacted] and they advised to have another [redacted] dealer take over my system. Very poor service from Glenmar...
