Hello,I am the Guest Relations Manager with the Palms Theatre. This letter was also sent from the ***'s to our CEO who had us take action last week when he received it. The ***'s were refunded $on July 9th. I regret that they felt so poorly mistreated by the Palms
Theatre. We have a set no refund policy and the letter was intended to give customers other options to using the tickets they had for our shows that were pulled from the schedule. They would have their credit from the tickets paid for plus free tickets in equal to the number they had purchased. If all avenues towards compromise do not succeed then we will recommend that a refund be requiredIn addition, to help repair emotional damages incurred, we invited them to a performance of a concert this past weekend, which they attended as our guests. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. We did not attend any concerts at the Palms, just to be clear.
