Mark has my husband's business taxes since April of this year and hasn't returned our calls, hasn't been in the office to communicate with. At this point, we have no idea if our taxes have been filed, if an extension was made, or where our personal information is being stored. This is an awful situation. We have made multiple phone calls for weeks with no return call, or his voicemail isn't accepting messages. The times my husband [redacted] has gone to the physical office no one is there and the door is locked. One one occasion I did reach him and he didn't know if an extension on our taxes had been made, said his "assistant" was handling it and to call the following day. I offered to get our taxes and he said it wasn't necessary. I called the next day - no answer and no voicemail. We are truly hoping for some help.Product_Or_Service: Tax preparationDesired SettlementWhatever help we can get as this man has our taxes and we do not know the status of them. We can't even go to another tax preparer as he has the only copy of our business taxes. We are currently trying to get in touch with the previous tax preparer for a copy, and so far no call back from that tax person either.
