I am rejecting this response because: some of the information is true and much of it is a flat out LIE. Based on this documented presented there could be possible grounds to sue the business. I am not looking for trouble and just complaining but Donna S[redacted], Dr. [redacted] and Dr. [redacted] all believe the diagnosis is true according to the "PROFESSIONAL REPORTS and FACT" submitted by me. She is still offering to pay for the surgery? Then please get her to do so and I will move on. Otherwise, it needs to be combed through where she lies, misleads the truth and flat out accusations about me and things I have or have not done. A business can not manipulate a contract. They can not manipulate Doctor's written diagnosis and X-rays provided by a professional. 3 separate vets from me and now her 2 are agreeing. I got the diagnosis on June 2, 2016 and emailed her all the relevant information provided from that consult. (I have it in email) There is nothing else I can give her. I have emails with her manipulating me about the situation to drag it out over time and mislead me. BUT most of all she has documented LIES in this response and neither of us should support that. Please advise on what to do. Thanks.
