I had the pleasure of meeting with [redacted] today, he was very helpful and listened to my complaint and I was provided with an apology and an offer of repairing the damage to my truck I am happy to accept their offer of repairing the damage to my truck, under ***'s supervision I grately appreciate the quick turn around time and excellent customer service he provided Best Regards, [redacted] ***

Mrs [redacted] brought her Jeep Liberty in for repairs on 8/12/the concern at the time was "customer states when turning heater on it does not blow hot, and when turning Air conditioner on it does not blow cold"the vehicle was inspectedThe technician found the heater inlet was restricted he removed the heater hoses and cleared out the obstructionHe replaced the thermostat and vacuum filled with coolanthe tested the heater out put temprature and it was degrees at the center ventsthe heater was working properly.The technician also found a sticking/faulty expansion valve that controls the Air condioning systemHe replaced the expansion valve and recharged the Air conditioning systemHe verified the temprature at the center vents with the Air conditioning on to be at degrees.Mrs [redacted] also had other concerns that were repaired during the visit"customer requested a price on replacement of the serpentine beltthe estimate was given and the customer approved the repairAlso "customer requests advise on replacing inoperative bulbs"The technician found an "open/short circuit to the power distribution centerThe customer authorized the repair of the open circuitThe technician verified that the reverse lights were now working as designedThe customer also requested an oil change that was completedThe final repair was for an Air Bag light that was illuminated in the vehicleWe noticed tghi at the time of repair and notified the customerMrs [redacted] authorized the diagnosis and repair of the Air Bag FaultThe technician diagnosed the concern as "open Squib circuit- a faulty clock spring in the steering wheel air bag systemThe technician replace the clock spring and test the systemthe air bag light went off and stayed off.Mrs [redacted] contacted me on 11/28/and stated the heater was not workingI checked the vehicle in the service drive at time of drop off and verified that the heater WAS working but there was temprature difference between the drivers and passenger sideThe technician verified tha the heater core was resticted and need to be replaced,I explained to Mrs [redacted] that whatever caused the restrictiuon in August was causing the restriction in the heater coreI quotes Mrs [redacted] p a price of $for the repairAs a GOODWILL gesture I offered Mrs [redacted] a credit of $for the repair that was completed in AugustMrs [redacted] declined the assistance and the repair12/1/Mrs [redacted] was given a refund of $
