Review: Mark Crawford installed a new metal roof on our house in October 2013. Everything seemed fine. When winter hit, we had a good amount of snow (nothing more that to be expected) and now parts of the roof are coming off. I contacted Mark when the weather warmed up in March (because I knew fixing the roof during the winter was not safe), he said it would be no problem for his crew and himself to come by and fix any problems that we have. He said that if the roof was leaking he would come out right away. I told him I didn't see any signs of a leak but I wanted this taken care of as soon as possible. We set a date for the following weekend for the crew to fix the roof. He never showed. I then contacted him by phone multiple times, leaving messages, and I never heard anything. In April I finally heard from Mark. He said he had some family issues and he was sorry for not coming out to fix the roof. I said that was fine and we need to pick another date. Again, the date we decided he never showed up. Again, I called and called, and no response. Mark stopped by my office one day in May to set up another date, and again, the date we picked , he didn't show up. I have tried to contact Mark at least once a day since then. I have left messages on his cell phone and through Facebook. I still have not heard anything. Our roof is still falling apart and it needs to be fix. There is one piece that, if it falls, will do some serious damage to our deck or any car parked near by.Desired Settlement: I would like Mark to repair our roof or for his company to pay for someone else to repair our roof. When we contracted Mark to install our new roof, we expected it to be done correctly, and it is not.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. Mark and his crew stopped by the house today and fixed the roof.
