Olejniczak Realty, Inc is not a trustworthy company. Their agents and bosses will say one thing and not follow through or plain lie to you and say later that they did not say that. Also, I have never seen a company pass the blame to someone else so much. Our experience is one that was awful!! We also referred them over $1,000,000 in another home sale (divorce) and they have since done the same thing with our friend. Very unfortunate and a very unreliable, uncaring, lazy company.
