Review: I have visited [redacted] for the orthodontics job in 2009 and 2010 and have paid over $14,000. [redacted] office additionally is trying to collect an additional $1,000 for the services they didn't provide. They claim there's a ortho device, a retainer that was provided to me. However, the device wasn't properly done and was never properly installed or used by me. I'm being harassed by their personnel over the phone and via email. would like to have this resolved. Personally, I feel their office personnel is very mean and uncaring.Desired Settlement: Adjust their billing to $0 balance.
