I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI sent pictures of the burn marks and the large pile of stones, etc. that were placed on my lawnA post was hammered into my lawn alsoHe did come to my house but rudely dismissed everything I asked of him, like to remove the rocks, etcthat was raked onto my lawnHe refused to do that, but did say the village would come and pick it up,! I explained to him that I didn't want it on my lawn as it would kill my grassHe stated that in weeks I'd never notice itHe was condescending and rude!!! Regards, *** ***

Mark called to respond. He stated: this person who filed the complaint is not our customer, she is the neighbor. We walked along the edge of the homeowner's driveway and there are no burn marks on the neighbor's lawn. The debris was on the homeowner's driveway that we did work for, and we moved it...
off the driveway and swept the road in front of her house to the pile. All that was there were tiny little rock debris from the road. The neighbor called me, and I returned within 1 hour to respond. I went back and raked the whole edge of the driveway to make sure nothing was on it. I spoke to the neighbor, she was yelling and screaming at me, and called the police while I was there. I advised her if the town did not pick up everything I would return, she continued to berate me. So I left the property to avoid further conflict.
