I have refunded the Consumer on Sept 9thAttached you will see a document showing the refundthere is also a copy of the emailshowing all conversations as well! Also to the customer all you have to do is email us like you didIt was a Holiday weekend and we where backed up.Like it states on

Since filing my complaint on Sept against The Fishing Fly Box, I received an email on Sept that part of the order has shippedThe remainder of the order, representing approximatly $is still to be shippedNone of my previous emails to The Fishing Fly Box have been answered and there was
no indication when the rest of the order will ship. I would like to keep my complaint open until I receive my full order Thank you,*** ***
