Our house flooded for the first time this summer during a very heavy rainfall. Our house was one of many in the Raleigh area that flooded. We contacted a number of restoration companies, but the folks at Action Restoration were by far the most responsive, courteous, and hard working. They did what they said they were going to do, they began work immediately and worked late hours to remove water, debris, personal belongings, etc. They have worked closely with our insurance company to assure that we receive all that we are entitled to receive, and they have been very patient with payment as we wait for a check from the insurance company. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
