I was able to acquire a large number of used textbooks at an extremely reasonable price for my school We needed to receive the books in a timely manner, and the books did arrive quickly While there was some discrepancy in price due to the original supply of books selling out unexpectedly, the company was able to acquire and quickly provide another set of the requested number of books, and showed great customer service under the circumstances

DO NOT buy from them, total rip off!
The book I ordered is the same ISBN number than the one they sent me BUT I got an older version with different hardcover and slightly different content
At the beginning I thought it was a mistake from their shipping employee, but after exchanging emails I realized that the book they advertise IS NOT the same book they send and they blame it on the publisher even if they post a picture of the newer book version with the older book version information
Not refunding of shipping charges and they expect us to pay return shipment as wellThey had been "so nice" waiving their restocking fees, I can't believe my good luck!

The order arrived quickly and the quality of the used books was exactly as stated. Best of all, their customer service is fantastic! This was my first order with them, but I already feel like a long-time valued customer.
