My response is already on record. She obviously is using the Revdex.com as a forum to malign me and my business with her accusations. More than a year after they buy the suits they come out of nowhere and make these threats to try to intimidate me to get something. I have too much integrity to continue this back and forth with her. And there will be no mediation. If the Revdex.com is supposed to be providing a public service it should tell her that she is wrong and stop the slander, and not facilitate her conduct any further.

The facts remain unchanged, despite Mark Pasch's attempts to distort my complaint.
Suits purchased for Oct 15th 2016 wedding-not warn before that date. Due to quality- ie excessive creasing, and stitching issue around waist, worn SIX TO EIGHT TIMES BETWEEN OCT 15TH and JULY 2017, when survey was received requesting comments from MARK PASCH.THE SUITS HAVE NEVER BEEN DRY CLEANED AS INSTRUCTED! Constructive and truthful criticism filled out on survey, defensive email returned to customer by Mark Pasch. Skip [redacted] requested to see suits- I took them in, he agreed that the quality does not seem right and that the waist stitching should not be like that. He hoped to be able to replace the suits! Why he does not repeat that to Mark Pasch may indicate intimidation by his employer, which is exactly the reason no complaint was made until the survey was received! I had no thought that Mark Pasch would do anything for us, as I suspect there is not a lot of new business at this store, more old north shore relationships.My husband has been buying suits longer than the 33 years Mark Pasch has been in business, so if this complaint in addition to yelp, workplace word of mouth can prevent one person from purchasing from Mark Pasch, it will be worth the vitriolic and distorted responses directed at me the customer.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.As expected, Mark Pasch offered no resolution- as previously stated, if this complaint means that just one person does not buy from this business then it will be worth the effort. It is quite clear from Mark Pasch's original defensive email following the survey he sent to my husband, then the aggressive responses of "she, they etc", that this Business owner does not accept the truth very well. He keeps repeating that the suits are almost a year old, when he has been advised repeatedly that neither suit was worn prior to Oct 15th and have not been worn more than 6-8 times since and nor have they been dry cleaned. Thankfully my husband has many better quality suits from reputable establishments to chose from.Mark Pasch immediately implied that we have not told the truth, he immediately became defensive and aggressive in his responses, not the way a reputable business owner would normally behave. The fact that his employee Skip [redacted] did not have the courage to stand behind his comments to me about the suit quality, clearly indicates intimidation. Perhaps this business treats  staff the same as any customer who dares question the quality of what he sells. You may remember the original complaint stated that I did not want to make trouble for Skip [redacted] and only complained after the survey was received. Perhaps my worry for Mr [redacted] was well placed.I wish I had spent my $3,000 elsewhere so that I had something decent to show for it, but obviously this business is not in any position to offer any compensation to me the customer. Thank you to the Revdex.com for trying to help correct this unjust behavior, as long as this is documented, perhaps it well help save someone else $3,000.

I am in receipt of the complaint filed above and are deeply
disturbed at how this was presented without the facts being correct. Mark Pasch
Ltd. has been in business for over thirty-three years and this is the first
such complaint I have ever received like this and filed with the Revdex.com. These suits...

were purchased 7/16/16  which is over a year ago. In the statement
she claims the suits have only been worn 6-8 times which is contradictory to
what she told Skip  and myself that he
had only worn them twice. On 9/12/17, Skip was in the clinic where she works
and she told him that he was wearing one of the suits that day. I have been in the
men’s clothing business for over 45 years and whether she claims I am saying
they are not telling the truth or not these garments have been worn more than
they claim. A lot more. Whether they cleaned them or not they have been worn
hard. The snug tex in the waistband does not perform like that unless subjected
to a lot of heat or lot of wear. My representative from Coppley, the suit
manufacturer even examined them and agrees, and would confirm that to the Revdex.com
if requested.In the complaint she also says- “We both felt after the
second and third wear that the suits were not the quality we had hoped.” Well-
at that point that close to after purchasing them did you not say something
then? But continued to wear them. Bring this up a year later??Also, in consulting with Skip he told me that he never told
her that he agreed the quality was not there. As I said earlier to bring this up after a year seems to be grossly
unreasonable for someone who claims to be reasonable. And especially in this
slanderous manner.
