After contact from the Porter's they have neglected to honor their advertised price I have included screen shots of their website which include statements of "Best Pricing", "honest pricing" and their principles of "doing the right thing" As a business they are rejecting their responsibility to uphold advertised pricing and have admitted that they advertised the truck at just over $3,but claim it a mistake The reality is that the advertised price was on the site from Saturday-Monday, where I was watching to make sure it wasn't a mistake; how am I as a consumer to know that their isn't some special incentive or reason for the pricing, I can only trust their advertisement At the time in which I entered the building to purchase the truck the advertisement was still up, it was not changed until later in the day MondayThe business should have quality control measures in place to avoid such a mistake, yes accidents happen but it's still advertising to not take responsibility for their actions It's not as if a third party made the mistake, it was an owner owned web page, which they have complete control overIf a person misfires a weapon mistakenly or by accident and kills someone, they are legally responsible for their actionsThe FDA doesn't allow false, unfounded or non proven statements to be on a product available for consumer purchaseIf Walmart misprints an add they honor the advertised price even if they stand to lose millions of dollars across the country. So why is Mark Porter Chevrolet allowed to falsely represent the price of a vehicle and not be accountable and required to hold up their advertised pricing?Because the situation has not been resolved with the dealership, I am requesting a Revdex.com Arbitration Hearing
