I am most surprised to see Mark P[redacted] and Discount Fence receive anything but superior reviews. His attention to detail, fair price and craftmanship on the install of our fence provided us with a most positive experience. We selected Mark and his company for our fence install based on the recommendation of two friends and they were the lowest bidder for the job. This is a rare combination and I encourage anyone who is considering a fence to not hesitate to contact Mark P[redacted].

Review: Discaunt fence installed a chain link fence I payed them cash so I could save money ,I have the receve.I been calling his number(XXX XXX XXXX ) for the past 2 months leaving messages that I have problems with the fence my dogs are getting out,leaving call back numbers for them to call,sent emails and NO ANSWER.Today 4/19/2013 finally I get someone on the phone by the name of [redacted] saying that the person that did my work sold the business to him and they just install new fences they do not repair anything.TOLD ME TO CALL SOMEONE ELSE.So I set up a diferent appointment for a free estimate with a different address and what a miracle he calls me back from the number that I been leaving messages for the past 2 months.

Desired Settlement: I want discount fence to come out and fix the problem and strech and put the tention wire the proper way.thank you

We offer a 1 year warranty on labor. We installed a fence for

Mr. [redacted] in may 2011 therefore his I year warranty has long expired, as it has been almost 2 years since the installation. We informed customer that we do not have repair services other than warranty related repairs which does not apply to his case. We suggested he contact other companies who would be able to repair his fence.

Review: We hired this company to repair our fence due to Hurricane Sandy. They came out right away and fixed the fence which looked great. Then they had to do our gates . Our whole yard is done in cedar. They billed me for cedar and ended up putting in pressure treated posts . I called and was told they would be back to replace it with the cedar posts . Within three weeks the sections they fixed fell down. I have called 5 times and left messages. My husband also left numerous messages too. Some one did stop by and said they would fix everything. I am very upset, I am a owner of my own company and would never treat any of my customers this way. I feel they took advantage of a home owner due to Hurricane Sandy.

Desired Settlement: I want my fence fixed and posts replaced with cedar posts, or they can refund my insurance money.

Review: Company was hired to install a decorative PVC fence on my propoerty and did not complete the job. Since May of 2016 I have been trying to reach the company, unsuccessfully, to complete the job that they were 100% prepaid on (material and labor). Only recently was I able to contact the owner, Mark P[redacted], who acted as if he did not know who I was.Desired Settlement: All I want is to get a refund for $300 which would cover the panel owed to me (which does not cover the installation I had prepaid). Further, I would like to know the namke of the manafacturer so that I can order the needed panel myself.Thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter.[redacted]

Review: I have made MULTIPLE attempts, especially starting within the period of one year installation, to ask for assistance, pay for service to fix or teach me how to fix the lattice portion of the fence that keeps falling out. I have not heard from anyone within the company especially [redacted] who is the main contact.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate assistance from [redacted] to learn how to put this lattice back into place.
