Sorry about that that is a pitcher of the site when Dan Started because on the phone with his Boss he claimed there were no markings to dig withI would like his boss to see this pitcherBelow is what I was trying to write but didn’t do it correct I attached the pitcher again.Thanks *** *** Dan From this company bid this job as shaping the yard back to with theback fill he explained to me and my contractor how he wouldshape the ground when he would back fill while he wasdigging he put the topsoil in a pile to use later he told me.When he told my wife he would be back he said he wouldlike more money but would honor his bidWhy would I hire aperson to do my digging with out him coming back to shapemy yard also? I have since learned he way over dug the holeand that will cost more money to have fixed.When they calledme on this complaint I told them thatDan told me that wascontractors mistake he had no lines to go toI have pitchersof the site when he started showing the linesWhen hestarted digging first thing he did was take the stake out wereit was marked I don’t care what they tell you it was a job tofill back in and shape the land so it would drainYes no calls back at all that is notthe only thing they did wrongI did tell them I’m though withthem because I’m afraid the would knock my basement inback filling Dan is not trustworthy because he just said apack of liesI don’t know how he came to the concoctionthat I had said that I was satisfied with what they did justafraid to have them backI see in the letter Mark R*** said they contacted me no Dan contacted me and at end oftalking he said by the way Mark was listing on the phone I was never inform that he was there?I wanted to talk to himDan did a lot of double talking meon the phone but this is my writings please make sure theysee itMark said I was satisfiedI can’t be believe he wrotethat? Never did I say I was happy with the outcomeBut said I wasthough with them because of all the lies

I regret that this customer is unsatisfied but Dan did what he bid on. Dan is very well qualified and would never intentionally lie about anything.Rotnour Excavating digs approximately 25 foundations per year for the last 25 years without any complaints. Dan has been working for the company for 14 years and has been supervising these jobs for the past 5 years without any complaints from the customer.

Review: I Hired Dan of this company to dig a foundation out and then come back to refill and landscape the yard after the building was built well he will not answer my calls and come back.I'm tired of these people not doing what was contracted to do.Desired Settlement: For them to come back and do what they said they would. That's all I ask.
