Mark Runge Radon Contracting

Worst company to hire! Tucker (owner of the company) NEVER finished the job after being FULLY paid. My husband and I were practically begging him to get the job done and nothing. He promises you and tells you in detail how things will get done then NEVER gets it done. Tucker doesn’t show up doesn’t call you to let you know what’s going on. We started working with him December 2nd the job was “supposed” to be all done with by January 5th but nope that never happened. We continued to be patient with him well after the date he promised to be done by. He would come one day then not show up for a week then lie and say he was going to be coming by during the weekend to finish but nope he completely STOPPED showing up at all. We’ve asked him to give us a refund but he won’t respond to our calls or texts... Tucker gives you the run around and gives a good talk but NO ACTION! DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY Save yourselves the headache and the loss of money!

Review: I have a radon system in my home purchased 8 years ago……this was done by the former owners to satisfy a high level of radon & was installed by Mr. Runge. In the last year I have detected a leak outside my home near the unit. Have called Mr. Runge at least a dozen times, after one of which he called me, asked to hear the problem, said it probably was an obstruction in the line and would come out on a certain day/time….he never did & has not called me back even after many calls asking him to please come to look at/fix this problem!Desired Settlement: I would like Mr. Runge to come to fix what he originally installed 8 years ago…..
