To date, you have not provided any treatment for the existing nutgrass problem.Also, I was not feeling well on the day the soil was delivered, so I did not realize at that time that you only delivered one small truck load of soil, the equivalent to no more than one cubic yard. (cubic yard not a top soil) it is a soilconditioner which is the budget for the yard $per cubic yard of soil conditioner complain I deliver for them I put in their house no nut grass because I put round up and seed killer before I plant the grass

yard of soil conditioner to backfill your yard me and my helper spread the 8 cubic yard for you at no extra charge free labor not included in our contractnow our contract is to delivered 4 cubic yard of soil conditioner but only delivered 1 cubic yard that what you mean.  3 cubic yard is an extra because no more room already in your yard so you claiming the 3 cubic yard I agree to delivererThe last time I come in your place I don't see nutgrass because before I plant the grass I treat the soil w/ round up and seed killer.  I'm waiting the nutgrass to come out.after we finish the job you pay me cash no complain why you pay me if you not happy.Mrs. [redacted] I got your voicemail saying I don't have license fine 500 to 2500 dollars and you tell me to call [redacted] Dept. of Comerce at [redacted]
