Ugh!! Selling our home was a nightmare with the first company we chose to represent us ([redacted], cough cough.) When we switched to [redacted], we were amazed at the job this guy and his group did for us! Ok read all the other testimonials, bla bla bla they all echo how we feel but it you want the real scoop look no further. We purchased a new house using a friend as a realtor. [redacted] represented the seller. We only knew what our own realtor told us about the deal, quite honestly I couldn't wait to meet [redacted] at the closing so I could give him a piece of my mind (for squeezing every last dollar in negotiations for his client.) We purchased the house, I never told [redacted] off, and we were all set to close on our old house with [redacted]. We had a buyer, they loved our house, we signed contracts however that company is horrendous at communication and the deal fell apart. We turned to [redacted] hoping he could sell our old house. All I can say is I am writing this after the closing just a short time after we hired him! Ok, his wife [redacted] rocks the planet with her "on top of it" skill running the office, and [redacted] (broker) wow. Every member of that office works like a World Series winning baseball team. Kudos for an incredible experience for my husband and I. Give your office staff a paid vacation to Aruba [redacted], they deserve it!. And [redacted], please get another profile photo! [redacted] and team were instrumental in selling our home last month. [redacted]'s guidance from the very beginning was spot-on. His recommendations to renovate key parts of our home and staging helped market our home very well. When it came time to list, he did a great job in explaining the market conditions and setting the appropriate sale price.
