Review: In 2012 Mr. Sullivan completed our 2012 tax return. He was paid in full for his services. Recently we were contacted by the IRS stating that there was a descrepency in regards to our filing. We are now required to reimburse the IRS due to Mr. Sullivans error. After making several attempts to contact Mr. Sullivan he finally communicated with us that a typo was made on our filing documents in which he drafted and completed. I have requested reimbursement in full from Mr. Sullivan in which he has once again gone silent. I am requesting that the amount paid for the services provided be reimbursed as they were not completed properly causing us financial hardship.Desired Settlement: We are requesting the full amount paid to Mr. Sullivan to be reimbursed.
