Cons and a Lesson to all - if a contractor requires that you contact the utility companies for locating services, go to a different contractor. After a crew showed up at my house unannounced to proceed with work, I called 'locators'. Before the gas lines were located, the work had been completed (the stump grinding should not have been done until after gas lines were located.) After contacting a lawyer, we concluded that we got off lucky, nothing blew up and nothing was damaged. We'll move on, lesson learned.
They left a lot of tree debris behind.
Pros - cost seemed reasonable at the time.
I will not give them repeat business and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
You only wanted a discount you held MY crew on site and tried re writing the contract, you encourage a crew I tried repeatedly to pull from site.. I offered to reschedule, the whole thing was from your poor or misleading messages about proceeding with your work weeks later and then your acknowledgment of calling 811 for locator, as I discussed I would come well after the ticket would expire, almost 7 days later , you failed to call the utility locates in, how was I to know, after our original call Back conversation, priority where you to sign and return contract and call in locates.. our crew would follow.. at least your over due hollow dead trees are no longer a hazard to you or the general public..
