Mark The Carpenter

I am rating him a zero. His work is the sloppiest work I've ever seen. We had to make lists every night of what needed to be touched up. What Carpenter paints a room and doesn't take off outlet covers and paints around them? He left bebris all over our side yard. We have dogs and had to go out every night and clean up after him.
I've never had a contractor as lazy as him. He would stroll in at 10 or 11 o'clock then go and take an hour lunch while his worker is busting his butt doing the actual work. He started a project in January and it still isn't completed. Called in sick on a few occasions. Unreliable, sloppy and overall lazy! There are alot of contractors out there...don't waste your time on this one! He got his money and walked away from an unfinished project.

Review: He did not fullfill the contract obligations; did not complete the work but was paid more than the contract amount with the extras. The work that was done was admittingly sloppy and refuses to remedy. He had all the materials needed onsite from the beginning but still delayed the project schedule.Desired Settlement: Refund of money require to finish the project and remedy the poor quality.
