Review: This vendor cames to my house, without any authorization to perform roof gutter cleaning. No gutter cleaning was actually completed as no visible sign of debris, or moisture was found. Second, [redacted],and I had no communication authorizing him to come to my house. I left a voice mail on Tuesday 9/10/13, asking him to contact me. We never made any connection by phone. I came home on Thursday, 9/12/13, and I found a bill for $100 for power washing. I called him when I arrived at about 6 pm. I said he and I never had a conversation and an offer for his service at a price. He falsely claimed a woman at my address gave him authorization When asked what is the woman's name, he would not respond. There are no womem that live at m address, and no one could have known about my conversation. Actually, I have another company scheduled for Friday, at 8 am [redacted] Cleaning to clean the roof gutters. [redacted] did not do any work, came to my house, and took the opportunity when no one was here, to put a bill for services, that he did not perform, and certainly did not have authriztion to perform.Desired Settlement: Let this information be known that he is making charges for work he had not been authorized to do, he has no signatures from the person on his bills he claims authorized services. After speaking with [redacted] from the company on 10/8/13 he stated someone called asking him to clean the gutters and he cleaned the gutters and left. Once the customer received the invoice they informed the company no one authorized the cleaning. Since the company has no proof of the caller he will not charge the customer.
