Contacted the customer to discuss her concerns and advise that we have submitted and IssueTrack ticket to expedite the refund amount of $The manager apologized to the customer and advised of the expedited refund request and that there is no money owed to SpectrumThe customer stated that she is waiting to receive the final bill that reflects that no money is owed as well as the refund in order to close out this complaint.Thank youGinaSpecialist,CCEDCharter

ID# ***Yes, we did repair *** *** intake gasket and valve cover gasket and we tuned her vehicle upAftercompleting the repairs, we informed that it appeared her problems were caused by a plugged catalyticconverter and gave her an estimate*** *** declined to repair properly and
wanted us to just trymaking it work by unplugging the converterWe agreed to do it but told her it may cause otherproblems down the roadThe bolt she thinks belonged to something important had nothing to do withthe cracked manifold she returned withAlso, it was not the manifold we unplugged for *** ***seems to want to blame anyone except herself for her cars years of neglect and abuseMaybe sheshould get a urine testAs for my employees, the all have regular drug screenings not that it is any ofher businessAlso, as for us charging natives more that is just not true!!! Everything we repaired on*** ***s car is working properly and has a year's warranteeI can't express enough how far out ofline this whole report isMaybe a mental evaluation would be a wise choice for *** ***One morething, her bill was $not $

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.For months we have been told that the matter was resolved no money is owed to use and your refund check is in the mailTo date we still have an open case with a collection agency alsoSo the matter is not satisfactorily taken care of at this pointWe have received nothing in writing from them to confirm what they tell us on the phone, we have not received a refund check and we have not received a letter from the collection agency advising that the matter was closedPlus now that they have caused some damage to my credit, what are they doing to fix this issue for me!! I am a licensed aircraft mechanic but I cannot physically work on my car as I used to So, I was a little worried about finding a competent mechanic when we moved to the area I got a recommendation to try Mark's place and I am glad that I did He has consistently done great work at a reasonable price and finished the vehicle work on time
Additionally, while I was deployed to Afghanistan, Mark's place took good care of my wife in my absence This was a great relief because I know of soldiers, sailors, marines & airmen whose families were taken advantage of by certain businesses in the service-member's absence
I cannot recommend Mark's Auto Repair highly enough I don't take my vehicles anywhere else

Dear *** *** MAY 2016 This letter is in regards to complaint# ***Mr*** *** dropped off his vehicle with a note that said he wanted his fuel pump replaced andalso his batteryAfter replacing the parts and contacting Mr*** he complained that he had a usedpump in
the back of his vehicle that he wanted put onI informed him that he needed to have let meknow that ahead of timeAnd that we could not send the new pump back once it is in the fuelI didfeel for him and dropped over off the billHe said he understood and that he would see what hecould doWe never gave Mr*** an estimate and if he would produce one we would gladly standbehind itWe do still have his note that stated he wanted the fuel pump and battery replaced.Sincerely,Mark H***Marks Auto RepairSSsthMadras, OR 41541-475-
