Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2014/03/21) */ Due to a data entry error on the part of our reservationist, the vehicle was dispatched to the wrong hotelOur office was closed at the time, so the customer called our transportation partner who advised they were "no shows" not realizing the vehicle had gone to the wrong hotel We sent a letter of apology to the customer on March 21, along with a refund of their taxi fare and offer of complimentary private car transfers should they return to Hawaii

I am rejecting this response because:
The van did not arrive until 3:p.mNot 3:p.m.
It was a half hour late and I want that reflected.
I do appreciate them refunding me, but I want to make sure they accurately reflect that the van was a half hour late.

This is a really great shop I broke down away from home, got towed into this shop They had me back on the road shortly with a very reasonable bill

Great service and great pricesI took my car here for a second opinion and got a much better price than at a bigger chain of auto shopIf you want a good, honest price and great customer service, this is the place to go around Knoxville
