My customer [redacted] hired me to tape and texture a detailed area ofdrywall around a new kitchen cabinetThe texture was a spray -on , which requiresmasking to insure a straight line and protect the cabinet from texture over sprayWeused the correct tape and professional methods of removing the tape Onone side the tape lifted the very thin simulated finishI showed the area to mycustomer He said that the cabinet was a "low dollar unit" and that he was going touse molding to cover itHe mentioned that he was not happyI thought he was nothappy with the cabinet because the fmish did not adhere well enough for masking ..It should have because it's newI feel that the cabinet fmish is the problem and thatI used procedures from years of experience .However, I am willmg to refund $for the sake of resolving this issue.Thank you,Mark [redacted] Mark's Drywall Inc###-###-####
