We have given our statement to the above complaint. We stand by our explaination

We were contracted by this group to install telephone poles, and wire them in for the parking lot.The group hired a member to drill out the holes for the polesWe performed all work as agreed. The finishing date was 7/18/2012.On August 2015, over Three (3) years after the job was completed, we
were contacted by the group . It was stated some poles were leaning and they wanted them fixed. We sent out our lead Electrician to check out the complaint. The poles in question have a small degree of lean, which is in range for telephone poles. We have enclosed a photo of the pole with the worst lean, as you can see all wiring is intact and workingThe other poles were unremarkable. We found one set of the wires to be feet lower than codeIt was observed that a wire grouping over ours was hanging lower than code also, and a inch bolt holding up the other wires, was pulled from the tree it was anchored toIt was observed that there were tree stumps near the wiresWe believe a tree fell into the wires, knocking down our groupingand hitting the grouping above oursWe offered to repair the wires that were ours, and the set above, that were not installed by us, no charge to keep the lot safe. Our offer was rejectedThey want every pole straightened and the wires liftedWe feel the poles in question are safe, as some lean in a dirt lot is normalThe fallen wires are a concern, and we will gladly repair themWe feel that is fair since years has passed without a complaint

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Regards,
*** *** Consumer sent the following clarification:RESPONSE;First MSU, Mark’s Electric insisted that the holes for the utility poles were drilled by one of our club membersNow they admit that they paid an invoice from a subcontractor.I have talked to the member that had the discussions with MarkHe states that Mark had a subcontractor quote the drilling and installation of the poles, but that his quote was way too highMark had asked our member if he knew of anyone from the area that had equipment and might be interested in doing the workThe member gave him the phone number of an individual that had done some work for us in the pastThat was the extent of it, a phone number onlyAt no time did anyone tell Mark to use that individual. Our contract was with MSU to do the entire job because they were licensed and bonded companyThe job estimate and invoices all reflect installation of the utility poles. The entire problem stems from the fact that the holes were not set to a depth required by the P.U.C.O and the backfill material was not compactedThis all has resulted in the poles leaning further and further over time and the stretching and excessive sagging areas of the power lines. The retensioning of the lines will only work temporarilyThe poles need to be installed correctly
Additional information provided by the consumer:I had also talked with the subcontracted company, and he sent me a copy of his invoice to Mark’s ElectricHe used the word “installation” instead of drill and set poles
