DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! Absolutely terrible and unethical company/owners in so many ways! To highlight just the current one I spent 250k on a new backyard pool/ramada etc and years later I have structural cracks in my pool leaking water out the other sideI have a warranty covering any structural damage to the pool from the company of which they have chosen to ignoreWill return no calls or emailsI have come to find out that they change the name of their company often as I have noticed their licenses have been suspended in the pastOwners TJ [redacted]  and Scott [redacted]

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
My husband and I have had plenty of experience with having landscaping done on houses We also possess an above average knowledge of construction and the workings of a construction site I have never had such horrible service We contracted with Alexon after a landscape designer gave us plans that we liked What should have been an EXTREMELY easy job was that of nightmares!! The first crew that came to our house worked so slowly that my husband began digging trenches himself so that our job would be finished while we were still in This crew was quickly fired after I complained and we were given a new crew that simply wanted to get the job done as quickly as possible with complete lack of care given to the product We had countless meetings with Supervisors who were not supervising, etc In the end, our project was finished late, not to our standards, and our plants are already dying (they didn't use any planting mix or the gallon plants that we paid for) The landscape designer, supervisor and one crew are all no longer employed by the company After a lengthy email, I finally felt our situation was being resolved with the owner After waiting a month for a return email, my husband emailed him again and was told that we had been given all we were going to be given in the way of compensation for a job horribly done
I was not expecting complete smooth sailing I was not expecting a job without a few glitches I was expecting pride of workmanship and a bit of integrity I received none of those things with Alexon If you are looking for landscaping, I urge you to go elsewhere How they are still in business is completely beyond me!
