Our Country Homes and the cabinet company met with the home owner today and found that the dampeners for the cabinets were causing an adjustment issue on the inside of the cabinet doors in this caseThe cabinet company made adjustments to the hardware while on location and after explaining the issue further and suggesting specific actions to prevent future problems, we feel this matter is now closed

The flooring that was installed is defectiveIt is chipping, cracking, buckling and splittingNew blemishes sstill how up every week (since March 2015) and is not caused by anything we have doneIt is as if the flooring material (pre-fabricated "wood") is deteriorating every dayThe material that the floors are composed of is certainly not suitable to be considered to be flooringThe "someone" from the flooring company that inspected our floors personally to determine if there was a manufacturer fault in the product who found that the flooring is not faulty is either biased or wrongIt is visible with the naked eye that these floors are essentially rottingPer our 1-year-warranty with Our Country Homes, the floors should be replaced with an acceptable product

I am rejecting this response because:The contract became void when Our Country Homes presented grossly misrepresented statements to us through emails, telephone conversations and in personOnce again, we request the refund of the $deposit because Our Country Homes breached the level of trust necessary to fulfill the contract by failing to accurately answer questions regarding their product and services.

Please have the cabinet maker describe to me how all the cabinet doors with dampers don't have the same problem? but only our of about Honestly this does not even matter because I have a copy of the warranty documents and again there are no conditions mentioned that limit homeowner to make ANY modifications to the cabinets whatsoever Frankly I don't care about opinions, please provide clear and provable reasons for your position
