I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted] ***

This review is in regards to the marina not the truck center I purchased a new boat from Mark's in the fall of They stored it for the winter and delivered it in late AprilDuring the test drive we noticed two brackets missing for the top as well as improperly installed rod holdersThere were also two cuts to the seats that were apparently made during the protective covering removalI made these observations known to the service manager who said the parts would be in by the end of the week and someone would come to my home and resolve these problems For two weeks I've been told by the service manager that I would be contacted to set up a date and timeEach time I would receive no callI'd call and get another promise to make things right, again with no call back when promised Be aware that their promise of "We Aren't Satisfied Until You Are!" seems less than honest While I have no plans to do business with Mark's in the future I feel it's important to let others know of the issues I encounteredIf these problems are resolved in a satisfactory way I will update this review but given the broken promises I've already gotten I can not and will not recommend this business

I paid over in the fall when storing my boat for the yearThe boat was to be winterized oil changed acid washed and also repair my gauge for my depth finderI had seperate touches to eventually get the work finally completedI recd a call asking me when I was picking up my boatI was told the boat will be ready and in the wTer when I arrived in minutesThe boat was still on the trailer and at that time I noted that the acid washing was never completedAlso the depth finder tooI had to come back a week later to pick upWhen I showed up to pick up my boat the depth finder was never completedI had to make them aware that I had a hole in my dash with no gaugeThe gauge was no where in sightI was told they would take care of me and compensate me for the trouble but nothing specificI never revived a call to discuss service or compensation so I was told to drop down to marina- 3rd timeThey had no guages on site so I was told to come back on the 21st of J

Customer was not charged in fall for repairs, however, did have to come back in spring to have repairs on depth finderRepairs were made within 24hrsWe discounted parts to cost, did not charge any labor and delivered his boat via water to the customers dock at no costCustomers boat is a
