Not sure where to go from here Communication Is obviously not taking place Is Mary saying we did damage to her mower? Is her mower not working properly? I she wanting more money? Is she wanting us to go to *** and buy her the exact thing of oil that she had? She got service by us giving her the refund that she in the long run will have not paid for I am trying to resolve this in a way that quickly dispenses of this matter She is saying that she wants the truth to be told We have tried to do that to the best of our knowledge Obviously what she sees as the truth differs from our account We did not understand that we were to call her back After receiving her report to the Revdex.com We understood that all communication should be handled through the Revdex.com This is a record of everything that is said so that there no misunderstanding at this point I would be afraid to make private contact because we are obviously not communicating on the same wave linkHer mower was filled to the proper mark on the dipstick when it left here The mower was in good working condition when it left hereThe extra $dollars charged was a miscommunication between Mark and Connie The oil container had been disposed of before we realized there was a problem The container was not full when we received itThe lack of a receipt was an oversight Do you want me to send a copy of the receipt through the mail? We stood by her truck and talked about a property she wanted to sell on *** *** for six thousand dollars She was happy and smiling after Mark helped her load the mower that he showed her ran She didn't ask for any oil back at the time or this could have all been settled thenBut if there is more that she is requesting then let us know exactly what it is she wants to make this right Mark's health has been very poor and the number of doctor's appointments or tests have been two or three a week since the first of the yearIf a receipt will settle all this I want We apologize for any misunderstanding Please advise what we should do at this point

[redacted] had been informed that Mark was only working sporadically due to health.  She happened to catch him in the garage on a day that he was out there. He agreed to do the work on her mower that she requested.  A lack of communication $5 was in dispute.  The oil that she brought...

was barely enough to change the oil in her mower as. All push mowers take 3 cups or 24 ounces or 3/4s of a quart for proper operation.On April 21, 2017.  [redacted] called me and said that we owed her $5 and the rest of the oil that she gave Mark.  I told her that I thought that he had used it all.  She became agitated and said that he could not have used it all as her mower only took a cup of oil.  I told her that Mark was sick that day and that he had doctors appointments on Monday and Tuesday the 24 and 25 of April.  I told her that if she were there on Wed. the 26 of April at 4pm. he would give her $5 and a quart of oil, rather than argue with her.  I do not recall any discussion that he was to call her. He waited out there for her that day.  With all the doctors appointments and his testing plus several for my aunt and mother who are in my care the need to call and check as to why she never showed up, slipped my mind.Upon deep discussion we have decided that it is not worth any further discussion about we did or did not do we want the matter dispatched quickly and hope she feels that we have been more than fair.  We have sent her a note of apology with a cashiers check for $50 by certified mail today.Mark and Connie K[redacted]
